Session Purpose and Description:
In this session, participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to assess whether on-demand transit is the right solution based on factors such as ridership trends, service limitations, and community needs.
Participants will also learn how leveraging non-dedicated ‘open’ fleets can enhance service flexibility, improve ridership, and expand coverage without adding operational complexity or falling afoul of regulatory oversight.
In addition, participants will discover how embracing digital tools and eliminating manual processes can transform your operations, boost efficiency, and elevate the rider experience.
